Frequently Asked Questions
Booking & Reservations
How do I book a ride with YAZ Limousine?
You can reserve your ride in minutes through our secure online booking portal. Simply click any "Book Now" button, choose your vehicle class, enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your date and time, and confirm your reservation. You can also call our 24/7 dispatch team at +1 888-546-6808 or message us on WhatsApp for personal assistance.
How far in advance should I book my limo or chauffeur service?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle and time slot. For weddings, proms, and large group events, reserve 1–2 weeks ahead. Same-day and last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability — call our dispatch team for immediate assistance.
Can I book a ride for someone else?
Yes. When booking, simply enter the passenger's name and contact details in the reservation. You can also add special instructions for the chauffeur, such as a meet-and-greet sign or a specific pickup note, so the passenger is greeted correctly.
Do you offer airport meet & greet service?
Absolutely. Our airport meet & greet service includes a professionally attired chauffeur waiting at the authorized meeting location, assistance with luggage, and a smooth escort to your vehicle. Procedures vary by airport and terminal. This is available at all major airports we serve, including Nashville (BNA), New York (JFK, LGA, EWR), Los Angeles (LAX), Chicago (ORD, MDW), Miami (MIA), and more.
Can I modify my reservation after booking?
Yes, changes to pickup time, location, or vehicle class can be made by contacting our dispatch team. We ask for as much notice as possible — ideally 4 hours or more — to accommodate updates without affecting your reservation.
What information do I need to provide when booking?
To confirm a reservation we need the pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, passenger name and contact number, vehicle class, number of passengers and bags, and any special requests (child seats, meet & greet, multiple stops, pet transport). The more detail you provide, the smoother your ride.
Will I receive a confirmation for my booking?
Yes. Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive a booking confirmation by email with your trip details, vehicle class, chauffeur assignment, and dispatch contact. You can reply to that email anytime to request changes or ask questions.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 12–24 hours are subject to a 50% charge, and cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows are charged the full fare. Special event and holiday reservations may have custom terms communicated at booking.
How do I cancel a reservation?
To cancel, call our 24/7 dispatch team or reply to your booking confirmation email with your reservation details. We will process the cancellation and issue any applicable refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We monitor all flight arrivals in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra charge. If your flight is cancelled, simply notify us and we will reschedule or cancel your reservation without penalty.
Do you charge for no-shows?
Yes. If a passenger does not arrive within 60 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and cannot be reached, the reservation is treated as a no-show and the full fare is charged. We always attempt to contact you first via phone and text before marking a trip as a no-show.
Can I get a refund if I cancel early?
Yes. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup qualify for a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), corporate accounts, and approved invoicing for established clients. Online payments are processed securely through our booking portal.
How is pricing determined for a limo or chauffeur ride?
Pricing depends on your chosen vehicle class, distance, trip duration, and any additional services such as meet & greet or multiple stops. You will receive a transparent, all-inclusive quote before confirming your reservation — no hidden fees.
Is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is handled separately and is not included in the quoted hourly rate. It is customary in the chauffeured transportation industry — typically 18–20% of the base fare — and may be pre-paid at booking or settled directly with your chauffeur on the day of service. This keeps your base rate transparent and lets you reward your chauffeur based on the service you receive.
Do you offer corporate accounts and billing?
Yes. We provide dedicated corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, centralized billing, and detailed ride reporting. Contact us to set up an account tailored to your company's travel needs.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
Potential add-ons include tolls, parking, airport fees, and late-night surcharges (between 12 AM and 5 AM). All applicable fees are itemized in your quote before booking so there are never surprises on your final invoice.
How is airport transportation priced?
Airport transfers are not priced by the hour. Each airport transfer requires a separate quote based on your pickup and drop-off location, distance, and vehicle class, and is confirmed before you book — no surge pricing or hidden fees. The hourly rates shown on our Rates page apply to hourly as-directed hire only, not to airport transfers. Sprinter vans, stretch limousines, minibuses, and motorcoaches are also quoted on request for your exact itinerary.

Select international destinations are also available through the partner network. Visit our National Services page or Locations page for the full list and per-city service details.
What types of vehicles are available in your fleet?

Are your chauffeurs professionally trained and background-checked?
In the U.S. markets YAZ Limousine directly operates, every chauffeur is fully licensed, background-checked, drug-screened, defensive-driving certified, and trained in customer service and discretion — the twelve verified standards of the YAZ Chauffeur Standard. They are knowledgeable about local routes and committed to a safe, punctual, and refined experience. In partner-served markets — outside the United States and in U.S. markets YAZ does not directly operate — rides are coordinated through local affiliate operators using YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch and trip-management process (the YAZ Trip Management Standard, which applies to every YAZ reservation). Affiliate operator standards — including chauffeur screening, training, licensing, and insurance — are managed by the local operator, vary by market, and are not uniformly guaranteed by YAZ. YAZ does not publish a formal, documented affiliate selection, monitoring, or evaluation program, and does not state partner screening standards. For specifics in a particular market, contact our dispatch team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro.
Can I request child seats or special accommodations?
Yes. We provide child and infant seats upon request at no additional charge. Please note the number and ages of children when booking. We also accommodate mobility needs, pet transport, and other special requests with advance notice.
Is your service available 24/7?
Yes. YAZ Limousine is available 24/7, including holidays. Whether you need an early-morning airport transfer or a late-night event ride, our dispatch team and chauffeurs are always available.
Can I make multiple stops or book an hourly ride?
Yes. We offer both point-to-point transfers and hourly hire, allowing you to make multiple stops on your own schedule. Hourly bookings include a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle for the reserved time, with a 3-hour minimum on most vehicle classes.
How many passengers can each vehicle accommodate?
Sedans and executive sedans seat up to 3 passengers with 3 bags, SUVs up to 6 passengers with 6 bags, Sprinter shuttles up to 11 passengers with 11 bags, Sprinter executives up to 13 passengers with 13 bags, Sprinter limousines up to 14 passengers with no bags, stretch limousines up to 14 passengers with 3 bags, minibuses up to 24, and motorcoaches up to 55. When booking, tell us your group size and luggage so we match you to the right vehicle.
What amenities are included inside the vehicles?
Our vehicles feature premium leather seating, climate control, bottled water, phone chargers (iPhone and Android), Wi-Fi on select vehicles, privacy partitions, and ambient lighting. Larger vehicles and limousines include entertainment systems and additional seating configurations.
Airport Transfers
Do you provide airport pickup and drop-off service?
Yes. Airport transfers are one of our core services. We provide door-to-door pickup and drop-off at every major airport we serve, with real-time flight tracking so your chauffeur is on time whether your flight lands early or late.
How does flight tracking work for my airport pickup?
Our dispatch team monitors your flight in real time using live arrival data. If your flight lands early, late, or is diverted, your chauffeur adjusts automatically — you never pay wait-time charges for airline delays. Just provide your flight number and airline when booking.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
For meet & greet bookings, your chauffeur waits at the authorized meeting location for your airport and terminal. For curbside pickups, the chauffeur meets you at the designated passenger pickup zone. Procedures vary by airport and terminal. Exact instructions and the chauffeur's contact details are sent before your flight lands.
How much wait time is included after my flight lands?
We include complimentary wait time for airport pickups — typically 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals — so you have time to clear customs, collect luggage, and meet your chauffeur without rush fees.
Which airports does YAZ Limousine serve?
We serve major airports throughout our U.S. service network, including Nashville (BNA), New York (JFK, LGA, EWR), Los Angeles (LAX), Chicago (ORD, MDW), Miami (MIA), Las Vegas (LAS), San Francisco (SFO), Washington DC (DCA, IAD, BWI), Atlanta (ATL), Dallas (DFW, DAL), Houston (IAH, HOU), Boston (BOS), Seattle (SEA), Denver (DEN), Phoenix (PHX), and Austin (AUS), plus regional airports nationwide.
Weddings, Proms & Special Events
Do you provide limousine service for weddings?
Yes. We provide wedding transportation with stretch limousines, luxury sedans, and Sprinter shuttles for the bride, groom, wedding party, and guests. We coordinate timing, multiple stops, and photo sessions so your day flows smoothly.
Can I book a limo for prom or homecoming?
Absolutely. Our stretch limousines and party buses are popular for prom, homecoming, and formal dances. A parent or guardian must sign the reservation for underage passengers, and our chauffeurs enforce a strict no-alcohol policy for minors.
Do you offer transportation for bachelor and bachelorette parties?
Yes. Our Sprinter limos, party buses, and stretch limousines keep your group together safely for bachelor and bachelorette celebrations. Hourly hire lets you hop between venues on your own schedule with a dedicated, professional chauffeur.
Can you transport large groups to concerts, games, and events?
Yes. Our minibuses and motorcoaches accommodate groups of 25 to 50+ for concerts, sporting events, festivals, and corporate outings. Group transport keeps everyone together, eliminates parking stress, and ensures a safe ride home.
Do you serve Nashville events like CMA Fest and Grand Ole Opry shows?
Yes. We provide premium transportation to Nashville's biggest events, including CMA Fest, Bridgestone Arena concerts, Grand Ole Opry performances, and Titans games. Book early for major events — demand is high and vehicles sell out.
Corporate & Executive Travel
Do you offer corporate car service for executives?
Yes. We provide discreet executive black car service for C-suite executives, board members, and VIP clients. Our chauffeurs are trained in professionalism and confidentiality, and our vehicles offer a quiet, productive environment with Wi-Fi and privacy partitions.
Can I set up a corporate account with monthly billing?
Yes. Corporate accounts include centralized billing, monthly invoicing, detailed ride reporting, and a dedicated account manager. Multiple travelers can book under one account with custom approval workflows — contact us to set up your account.
Do you handle roadshows and multi-city corporate travel?
Yes. Our dispatch team coordinates roadshows and multi-city itineraries across all U.S. markets we serve, ensuring seamless transitions between meetings, airports, and hotels. One point of contact manages every leg so your schedule stays on track.
Can you provide transportation for private aviation and FBO transfers?
Yes. We coordinate with fixed-base operators (FBOs) for private aviation clients, with chauffeurs waiting on the tarmac for curbside-to-aircraft service. Provide your tail number and FBO when booking for a seamless transfer.
Is there a dedicated point of contact for corporate clients?
Yes. Corporate accounts receive a dedicated account manager and priority dispatch line, so your travelers always reach a familiar contact who knows your preferences, billing setup, and travel policies.
Can an executive assistant coordinate an executive's transportation across multiple cities and countries?
Yes. Executive assistants and corporate travel coordinators use YAZ Limousine as a single point of contact for an executive's ground transportation. One Nashville-based dispatch team holds the executive's preferences, pickup points, timing windows, and billing codes, and coordinates every leg across Nashville, U.S. markets, and international partner-served markets — so a multi-city or multi-country itinerary is managed as one reservation through one dispatch contact rather than a different local vendor in every market. Recurring and standing reservations, flight-tracked airport pickups, and event logistics are all coordinated through the same contact. In directly operated U.S. markets, transportation is provided by YAZ's own background-checked chauffeurs; in partner-served markets — outside the United States and in U.S. markets YAZ does not directly operate — reservations are coordinated through local affiliate operators using YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch and trip-management process. Nashville headquarters. Nationwide chauffeur capability. Worldwide ground-transportation coordination. One 24/7 dispatch operation. Contact our dispatch team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro.
How does YAZ Limousine manage a reservation from booking to completion?
Every YAZ reservation runs through one 24/7 dispatch team on a ten-step process: Reservation (placed online, by phone, or on WhatsApp) → Confirmation (written email confirmation with trip details, vehicle class, chauffeur assignment, and dispatch contact) → Chauffeur Assigned (a named, background-checked, professionally trained chauffeur with the vehicle inspected and ready) → Flight/Traffic Monitoring (real-time flight tracking on airport legs with automatic re-staging, plus live traffic monitoring) → Chauffeur Details (the chauffeur's name, vehicle make, model, color, and meeting spot shared directly by text or phone) → Chauffeur On-Site (staged at the pickup point before the scheduled time, with meet-and-greet or curbside meeting) → Passenger Pickup (the chauffeur meets the passenger, assists with luggage, and escorts them to the vehicle) → Live Dispatch Monitoring (Nashville dispatch watches every active ride live on a GPS fleet-monitoring screen alongside flight and traffic data) → Completion (door-to-door drop-off with luggage assistance) → Billing (for corporate accounts, every leg rolls up to one consolidated, itemized monthly invoice with per-trip detail and cost-center coding). Each step is coordinated by a single point of contact, so schedule changes and last-minute requests are handled in one call or message. YAZ's GPS fleet tracking, flight tracking, and traffic monitoring are dispatch-side visibility tools; passenger communication is direct chauffeur and dispatch text-and-phone contact, not an automated notification platform. Steps that depend on your specific booking, market, or corporate arrangement — including the exact communication method and reporting format — are coordinated with our dispatch team. The full system is published in plain language on our How YAZ Manages Your Trip page at https://yazlimousine.pro/how-yaz-manages-your-trip. Contact us at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro to discuss your arrangement.
What is the YAZ Global Service Standard?
The YAZ Global Service Standard is how YAZ Limousine manages chauffeured ground transportation for corporate and executive clients, organized around five operating areas: Reservation Management (one 24/7 Nashville dispatch team manages every leg from confirmation through completion), Quality Control (directly operated U.S. chauffeurs are background-checked, drug-screened, defensive-driving certified, and professionally trained; partner-served markets are coordinated through local affiliate operators using YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch and trip-management process), Executive Travel Management (a single point of contact for executive assistants, CEOs, roadshows, last-minute changes, and multi-city itineraries), Trip Communication (written confirmation, direct chauffeur text-and-phone contact, real-time flight tracking, and 24/7 dispatch support), and Corporate Reporting (consolidated monthly invoicing, a dedicated account manager, per-rider profiles, and recurring scheduled rides). The standard is built on what YAZ genuinely operates — Nashville headquarters, directly operated Nashville service, 24/7 human dispatch, local expertise, a broad fleet, major U.S. and international markets, executive transportation, the Jet Sprinter, and corporate accounts. YAZ does not claim decades of operating history or millions of completed trips, and does not publish a formal chauffeur or affiliate selection, monitoring, or evaluation program. Where a detail depends on your specific booking, market, or corporate arrangement, contact our dispatch team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro.
How does YAZ control partner quality in international and partner-served markets?
YAZ coordinates ground transportation through two operating models. In directly operated U.S. markets, your chauffeur is a YAZ chauffeur — background-checked, drug-screened, defensive-driving certified, professionally trained, and formally attired, in a late-model, inspected, maintained vehicle with $5 million commercial liability insurance on every reservation, under YAZ's USDOT/FMCSA authority. In partner-served markets — outside the United States and in U.S. markets YAZ does not directly operate — reservations are coordinated through local affiliate operators using YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch and trip-management process. YAZ states partner quality honestly across ten topics: affiliate vetting, licenses, insurance, chauffeur requirements, and vehicle quality are fully verified in directly operated U.S. markets and coordinated through local affiliate operators in partner-served markets, with market-dependent specifics confirmed with dispatch; reservation confirmation and dispatch communication hold uniformly across both models because both run through the same single Nashville dispatch team; and pickup verification, service recovery, and performance monitoring are not published as formal, documented programs in either model — feedback and issues are handled directly through dispatch. YAZ does not publish a formal affiliate vetting, screening, monitoring, or evaluation program, does not state partner screening standards, and does not publish specific partner insurance levels. For details on a specific market, contact our dispatch team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro.
Are YAZ affiliates fully vetted to a uniform standard?
No. YAZ does not publish a formal, documented affiliate selection, screening, or vetting program, and does not claim a uniform partner standard across every market. In directly operated U.S. markets, YAZ directly verifies its own chauffeurs — background checks, drug screening, defensive-driving certification, professional training, and formal attire — and operates its own vehicles under USDOT/FMCSA authority with $5 million commercial liability insurance on every reservation. In partner-served markets — outside the United States and in U.S. markets YAZ does not directly operate — reservations are coordinated through local affiliate operators using YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch and trip-management process, booked and managed through the same Nashville dispatch contact. Specific vetting, licensing, insurance, chauffeur, and vehicle practices for affiliate partners vary by market and are confirmed with our dispatch team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro rather than guaranteed in advance.
What is the YAZ Chauffeur Standard?
The YAZ Chauffeur Standard is the twelve verified standards a chauffeur meets to become YAZ-operated, and the standard every directly operated ride is then held to. In directly operated U.S. markets, the standards run in order: (1) Background Screening — pre-employment criminal background checks and drug screening; (2) Driving-Record Review — motor-vehicle-record review, with specific practices confirmed with dispatch; (3) Licensing — valid state and local chauffeur licenses and permits, with YAZ operating under USDOT/FMCSA authority; (4) Defensive Driving — defensive-driving training and certification before operating a reservation; (5) Professional Training — professional chauffeur certification plus customer-service and discretion training (no fixed training duration is published); (6) Dress Code — formal professional attire on every reservation; (7) Hospitality — executive and VIP hospitality, greeting, luggage handling, and door-to-door assistance; (8) Confidentiality — discretion training, with chauffeurs briefed on handling notes, not the purpose of travel; (9) Airport & FBO Procedures — real-time flight tracking, complimentary 30/60-minute wait time, and FBO coordination with flight crews; (10) Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection — scheduled inspection and preventive maintenance, safety-checked before each shift, with $5 million commercial liability insurance; (11) Dispatch Communication — direct chauffeur-to-passenger text and phone contact through one 24/7 Nashville dispatch team; (12) Ongoing Performance Review — YAZ does not publish a formal, documented performance-monitoring program; feedback is handled through dispatch. In partner-served markets — outside the United States and in U.S. markets YAZ does not directly operate — reservations are coordinated through local affiliate operators using YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch and trip-management process (the YAZ Trip Management Standard, which applies to every YAZ reservation). The Nashville Jet Sprinter is owned by YAZ Limousine and directly operated by YAZ’s own chauffeurs. YAZ does not claim federal or FBI background checks, does not deliver a chauffeur photo in advance, does not publish a formal, documented chauffeur or affiliate selection, monitoring, or evaluation program, and does not state partner screening standards. For details on a specific market, contact our dispatch team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro.
Where can I see the YAZ Chauffeur Standard in one place?
The full YAZ Chauffeur Standard — all twelve verified standards — is published as a permanent trust page at https://yazlimousine.pro/yaz-chauffeur-standard. It walks through every standard in order — Background Screening, Driving-Record Review, Licensing, Defensive Driving, Professional Training, Dress Code, Hospitality, Confidentiality, Airport & FBO Procedures, Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection, Dispatch Communication, and Ongoing Performance Review — using only standards YAZ actually enforces in directly operated U.S. markets, with standards that are not published as a uniform program clearly labeled for confirmation with our dispatch team, and an honest statement of what the standard is not (federal/FBI checks, chauffeur photo delivery, global uniform partner requirements, a fixed training duration, a formal performance-monitoring program, or protective services).
Does YAZ Limousine provide meetings and events management?
Yes. YAZ Limousine assigns a dedicated event logistics coordinator who holds the full movement for conventions, conferences, corporate events, and group movements — route planning, vehicle staging, on-site dispatch, guest manifest management, and consolidated billing. Sprinter vans (up to 11 passengers with luggage), minibuses (up to 24), and motorcoaches (up to 55) scale attendee movement from executive groups to large conference shuttles, while executive sedans and SUVs handle VIP and speaker arrivals with meet-and-greet service. One account and one consolidated, itemized invoice cover every vehicle on every day of the event. The number of on-site coordinators, the manifest format, specific staging arrangements, and the reporting depth are tailored to your event and coordinated with our dispatch team. Contact our corporate team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro to discuss your event.
How does YAZ manage meetings and events transportation from start to finish?
YAZ Meetings & Events Transportation Management runs every event movement through one dedicated coordinator and one 24/7 Nashville dispatch team, across five stages: Connect (one conversation, one coordinator assigned as your single point of contact, with event dates, venues, hotels, airports, and guest counts captured up front) → Planning (routes mapped across hotels, venues, and the airport; a guest manifest built; vehicles staged and timed to the event schedule; the fleet matched to the movement) → Confirmation (a written transportation plan confirming the vehicle mix, pickup and drop-off points, shuttle loop schedules, staging positions, and coordinator and dispatch contacts, with airport arrivals set up for real-time flight tracking and automatic re-staging) → Onsite Management (on-site dispatch coordinators managing vehicle flow, staging, and timing in real time; a single dispatcher running multi-vehicle movements with synchronized pickups and drop-offs; last-minute changes handled in one call or message through your coordinator) → Wrap-up (one consolidated, itemized invoice covering every vehicle, rider, and day, with per-trip detail and cost-center coding; detailed ride reporting coordinated through your account manager; a wrap-up review to refine the plan for the next event). Each stage states only what YAZ genuinely operates. Details that depend on your specific event, venue, or corporate arrangement — including the number of on-site coordinators, the manifest format, specific staging positions, and the reporting depth — are coordinated with our dispatch team rather than guaranteed in advance. The full lifecycle is published on our Meetings & Events Transportation Management page at https://yazlimousine.pro/meetings-events-transportation-management. Contact our corporate team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro to discuss your event.
What is the YAZ event logistics operation — the ten-step workflow?
YAZ Meetings & Events Transportation Management runs as a ten-step logistics operation, not a string of individual rides: (1) a dedicated event logistics coordinator is assigned as your single point of contact; (2) pickups and drop-offs are coordinated against a passenger manifest; (3) airport arrivals are set up with real-time flight tracking and automatic re-staging, with curbside or meet-and-greet per rider; (4) vehicles are staged and timed to the event schedule at hotels, venues, and the airport; (5) hotel-to-venue and hotel-to-airport transfers are coordinated against the manifest; (6) recurring venue shuttle loops run between designated hotels, venues, and the airport on a published schedule; (7) on-site coordinators can be stationed to manage vehicle flow and timing in real time; (8) a single Nashville dispatcher runs the movement with real-time GPS fleet tracking, flight tracking, and live traffic monitoring; (9) last-minute changes — an added guest, a delayed flight, a moved meeting — are handled in one call through your coordinator; (10) every vehicle, rider, and day rolls up to one consolidated, itemized invoice. Vehicle count and mix, loop frequency, on-site coordinator coverage, manifest format, staging positions, and reporting depth are tailored to your event and coordinated with our dispatch team. YAZ does not guarantee support for a specific conference size (for example, 1,000+ attendees); the vehicle mix — Sprinter vans up to 11 passengers, minibuses up to 24, and motorcoaches up to 55 — is sized to your attendee volume and confirmed during planning. The full operation is published on our Meetings & Events Transportation Management page at https://yazlimousine.pro/meetings-events-transportation-management.
Can YAZ manage transportation for a Nashville convention or conference?
Yes. YAZ Limousine is headquartered at 2 International Plaza, Suite 214 — minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA) — and directly operates its Nashville fleet with its own background-checked, professionally trained chauffeurs. For Nashville conventions and conferences, on-site coordinators, vehicle staging, and dispatch are Nashville-based. One Nashville coordinator and one 24/7 Nashville dispatch team hold the full movement — from Music City Center and Bridgestone Arena to downtown hotels, the airport, and venues across Middle Tennessee — with Sprinter vans, minibuses, and motorcoaches for attendee movement and executive sedans and SUVs for VIP and speaker arrivals. Contact our corporate team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro to discuss your Nashville event.
How does YAZ Limousine handle safety, privacy, and confidentiality for executive and private aviation clients?
In directly operated U.S. markets, every YAZ chauffeur is background-checked, drug-screened, defensive-driving certified, professionally trained, and experienced in confidential client service, with $5 million commercial liability insurance in force on every reservation. The executive fleet is unbranded with privacy tint throughout, and Sprinters and flagship sedans are partition-equipped for compartment separation. Chauffeurs are briefed on the passenger name, party size, and handling notes — not the purpose of travel — and dispatch communications are need-to-know. NDA-friendly handling is available on request, and pickups and drop-offs are routed to discreet hotel entrances, private residence gates, and back-of-house venue access where available. For private aviation arrivals, the chauffeur is staged on the field at the FBO before the aircraft lands, luggage is transferred aircraft-to-vehicle, and dispatch coordinates directly with the flight crew and FBO. In partner-served markets — outside the United States and in U.S. markets YAZ does not directly operate — reservations are coordinated through local affiliate operators using YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch and trip-management process; specific vetting and discretion practices vary by market. YAZ does not provide protective or executive-protection services and does not claim aviation-specific security certifications. Contact our dispatch team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro for details on a specific booking or market.
Where can I see YAZ Limousine's safety, privacy, and confidentiality practices in one place?
The full set of verified safety, privacy, and confidentiality practices is published on our dedicated Safety, Privacy & Confidentiality page at https://yazlimousine.pro/safety-privacy-confidentiality. It organizes the practices into eight sections — Safety & Compliance, Chauffeur Vetting, Passenger Privacy, Executive Itinerary Confidentiality, Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance, Private Aviation Procedures, Insurance, and Incident & Emergency Response — using only verified YAZ capabilities, with practices that depend on a specific booking, market, or corporate arrangement clearly labeled for coordination with our dispatch team, and an honest statement of what YAZ does not operate (protective services, aviation-specific certifications, a formal incident-response program, or a response-time guarantee).
Does YAZ Limousine carry commercial insurance on every ride?
Yes. In directly operated U.S. markets, $5 million commercial liability insurance coverage is in force on every reservation, with commercial auto insurance coverage on every vehicle in the directly operated fleet. In partner-served markets, insurance coverage is carried by the local affiliate operator coordinated through YAZ dispatch; specific coverage amounts vary by market and are confirmed with our dispatch team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro.
Does YAZ Limousine provide executive protection or security services?
No. YAZ Limousine coordinates the ground transportation layer alongside a client's own security or protection team — routing, staging, and timing that complement their protective plan. YAZ does not provide protective or executive-protection services, does not claim aviation-specific security certifications, and does not publish a formal incident-response program, response-time guarantee, or incident record. For a client-managed security detail, contact our dispatch team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro to coordinate the ground transportation layer.
What is Nashville chauffeur service?
Nashville chauffeur service is professional, as-directed hire — a dedicated, vetted chauffeur and vehicle held on standby for as long as you need, distinct from a single point-to-point transfer. YAZ Limousine is headquartered minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA), is USDOT-licensed under FMCSA authority, carries $5 million commercial liability insurance, and is a member of the National Limousine Association. In directly operated U.S. markets, every chauffeur is background-checked, drug-screened, defensive-driving certified, professionally trained, and formally attired. Choose chauffeur hire when your day has multiple stops, unpredictable timing, or a need for discretion — executive itineraries, roadshows, client hospitality, BNA airport arrivals, private aviation FBO pickups, and wedding or VIP movement.
How much does it cost to hire a chauffeur in Nashville?
Hourly chauffeur hire starts at $95/hour for a Sedan and $125/hour for an Executive Sedan or Executive SUV, typically with a three-hour minimum, with the option to extend on the day of service subject to availability. Full-day, multi-day, roadshow, private aviation, and wedding/VIP chauffeur arrangements are quoted on request for your itinerary, vehicle class, and schedule. Every quote is confirmed before you book — no surge pricing, no hidden fees.
Can I hire a chauffeur by the hour in Nashville?
Yes. Hourly as-directed hire keeps a dedicated chauffeur and vehicle on standby for as long as you need — ideal for multi-meeting executive itineraries, roadshows, client hospitality, and evenings out. The vehicle stays with you for the booked hours and adapts to multiple stops and schedule changes on the day of service. You can extend the booking subject to availability.
Can a chauffeur stay with me for a full day or multiple days?
Yes. Full-day and multi-day dedicated chauffeur arrangements keep one chauffeur and vehicle with you across meetings, dinners, and events, so there is never a wait or a gap in your schedule. Multi-day executive arrangements can be coordinated across Nashville and U.S. markets through one dispatch contact. Same-chauffeur continuity across days is coordinated with dispatch and is subject to availability. Contact our 24/7 Nashville dispatch for a full-day or multi-day quote.
What is the YAZ Chauffeur Standard?
The YAZ Chauffeur Standard is the twelve verified standards a chauffeur meets to become YAZ-operated in directly operated U.S. markets, and the standard every directly operated ride is then held to: background screening, driving-record review, licensing, defensive-driving certification, professional training, formal dress code, hospitality, confidentiality, airport and FBO procedures, pre-trip vehicle inspection, dispatch communication, and ongoing performance review. In partner-served markets — outside the United States and in U.S. markets YAZ does not directly operate — reservations are coordinated through local affiliate operators using YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch and trip-management process. How is a reserved YAZ chauffeur different from an on-demand rideshare?
A reserved YAZ chauffeur is built around a confirmed reservation, a professionally trained chauffeur, and the YAZ Trip Management Standard — YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch, and trip-management process coordinated by one 24/7 Nashville dispatch team on every reservation — whereas an on-demand rideshare dispatches a driver at request time. A reserved chauffeur provides advance vehicle assignment, real-time flight tracking on airport arrivals, meet-and-greet with a name sign, hourly as-directed standby, multi-stop itineraries coordinated as one reservation, 24/7 dispatch for changes, and executive-assistant coordination through a single dispatch contact. Pricing is a confirmed quote or hourly rate with no surge pricing. The full comparison is on the Nashville Chauffeur Service page at https://yazlimousine.pro/nashville-chauffeur-service.
Do you provide a BNA airport chauffeur?
Yes. A YAZ chauffeur is staged at Nashville International Airport (BNA) before your flight lands, with real-time flight tracking, curbside or meet-and-greet pickup, luggage assistance, and complimentary wait time of 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals. Your chauffeur texts their name, vehicle, and license plate before you land and again when on-site. Hourly airport chauffeur hire starts at $95/hour (Sedan) and $125/hour (Executive Sedan / Executive SUV); single BNA-to-destination transfers are quoted on request.
Do you provide a private aviation / FBO chauffeur in Nashville?
Yes. For private jet arrivals, we coordinate with your flight crew and FBO, stage the chauffeur on the field before your aircraft lands, and coordinate aircraft-side pickup where authorized by the airport, FBO and local security procedures, with luggage transferred directly between the aircraft and the vehicle where airside access is authorized. We serve Atlantic Aviation and Signature Flight Support at BNA, plus general aviation at John C. Tune Airport (JWN) and Smyrna Airport (MQY). Share your tail number, FBO, and ETA at booking. Private aviation / FBO chauffeur arrangements are quoted on request.
Are YAZ Limousine chauffeurs background-checked and trained?
Yes — in directly operated U.S. markets, every chauffeur is background-checked, drug-screened, defensive-driving certified, professionally trained, and formally attired, and is briefed on your itinerary before each reservation. YAZ Limousine is USDOT-licensed under FMCSA commercial ground-transportation authority, holds the required state and local operating permits, carries $5 million commercial liability insurance on every reservation, and is a member of the National Limousine Association. In partner-served markets — outside the United States and in U.S. markets YAZ does not directly operate — reservations are coordinated through local affiliate operators using YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch and trip-management process; YAZ does not publish a formal affiliate vetting or screening program. Do you provide entertainment and production chauffeur service in Nashville?
Yes. YAZ Limousine provides discreet chauffeur service for Nashville's music and entertainment industry — recording artists, songwriters, producers, label executives, and touring crews moving between Music Row studios, hotels, venues, and BNA. Our chauffeurs know the Music Row studio corridor, the unmarked studio entrances, and the privacy expectations of artist travel, and we coordinate talent and artist movement for recording sessions, music video and film shoots, press days, and award-show weeks with NDA-friendly handling and need-to-know dispatch communications. Sprinter vans carry crews and gear; executive sedans and SUVs handle artists and executives. YAZ does not claim label, studio, or artist relationships, partnerships, or credentials.
Is Nashville chauffeur service available 24/7?
Yes. YAZ Limousine is headquartered in Nashville and our local dispatch is available 24/7, including holidays — covering early-morning and red-eye BNA departures, late-night Broadway pickups, and last-minute itinerary changes. Book at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle and chauffeur for off-hours service.
National & USA Coverage
Does YAZ Limousine serve my city?
YAZ Limousine serves U.S. markets across America — from New York, Boston, and Washington DC to Miami, Atlanta, Nashville, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle, plus regional centers in the Southeast and Midwest. Visit our National Services page or Locations page for the full list and per-city service details.
Can I book the same service in multiple US cities?
Yes. A single dispatch team coordinates ground transportation across multiple cities for corporate accounts, roadshows, and private aviation clients. Book online or call dispatch to arrange multi-city service — one point of contact manages every leg, with synchronized timing across time zones.
How does multi-city corporate billing work?
Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoicing across every city you book, with itemized ride reports broken down by traveler, date, vehicle class, and route. A dedicated account manager handles setup, approval workflows, and recurring scheduled rides so finance teams get one invoice instead of dozens of local receipts.
Do you use the same vehicle classes in every city?
Vehicle categories are coordinated according to local market availability. Makes, models, seating configurations and amenities may vary by location.
How are chauffeurs vetted across different cities?
In U.S. markets YAZ operates directly, chauffeurs are fully licensed, background-checked, drug-screened, and trained in defensive driving and customer service before they accept a reservation. In partner-served markets, rides are handled by local affiliate operators, with chauffeur screening and training managed by the local operator and confirmed with YAZ dispatch at booking. One Nashville-based dispatch team coordinates every leg through YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch and trip-management process. Affiliate screening practices vary by market.
Standards & Partner-Served Markets
What are the YAZ Affiliate Standards?
The YAZ Affiliate Standards describe how YAZ Limousine coordinates ground transportation in partner-served markets — outside the United States and in U.S. markets YAZ does not directly operate. YAZ coordinates partner-served reservations through its centralized reservation, dispatch, and trip-management process (the YAZ Trip Management Standard), and requires affiliate operators to be appropriately authorized to operate commercial ground transportation in their market. YAZ does not publish a formal, documented affiliate selection, monitoring, or evaluation program, and does not state partner screening, training, or insurance standards. For details on a specific market, contact our dispatch team at +1 888-546-6808 or info@yazlimousine.pro.
How do the YAZ Affiliate Standards differ from the YAZ Chauffeur Standard?
The YAZ Chauffeur Standard is the twelve verified standards a chauffeur meets to become YAZ-operated — background screening, driving-record review, licensing, defensive driving, professional training, dress code, hospitality, confidentiality, airport & FBO procedures, pre-trip vehicle inspection, dispatch communication, and ongoing performance review — and it applies only to directly operated chauffeurs in the U.S. markets YAZ directly operates. The YAZ Affiliate Standards describe how partner-served reservations are coordinated through local affiliate operators using YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch, and trip-management process. The YAZ Trip Management Standard — the centralized process YAZ runs on every reservation — applies to both directly operated and partner-served reservations and is the standard that holds across every market.
Does YAZ vet affiliate chauffeurs the same way it vets its own chauffeurs?
No. The YAZ Chauffeur Standard — including pre-employment criminal background checks and drug screening — applies to directly operated chauffeurs in the U.S. markets YAZ directly operates. In partner-served markets, chauffeur vetting and training are managed by the local affiliate operator and vary by market. YAZ does not publish partner screening standards or a formal, documented affiliate selection, monitoring, or evaluation program. What YAZ does coordinate on every partner-served reservation is the reservation, dispatch, and trip-management process — booking, itinerary management, 24/7 dispatch, flight monitoring, passenger communication, trip coordination, billing, and service recovery — run by one Nashville dispatch team. For vetting specifics in a particular market, contact our dispatch team.
Are the vehicles in partner-served markets owned by YAZ?
No. In partner-served markets, vehicles are operated by the local affiliate operator, not owned by YAZ. Comparable vehicle classes are coordinated according to local market availability, and makes, models, seating configurations, and amenities may vary by location and provider. The Nashville Jet Sprinter is the exception — it is owned by YAZ Limousine and directly operated by YAZ’s own chauffeurs in Nashville. For vehicle specifics in a particular market, contact our dispatch team.
International & Worldwide Service
Does YAZ Limousine operate outside the United States?
Yes. Beyond the United States, YAZ Limousine serves international destinations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and North America — including London, Paris, Rome, Zurich, Dubai, Doha, Jeddah, Riyadh, Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh, Luxor, Aswan, Alexandria, Tokyo, Singapore, and Toronto.
Can I book the same chauffeur standard internationally?
The YAZ Chauffeur Standard — the twelve verified chauffeur qualifications — applies to directly operated U.S. markets. In international markets, reservations are coordinated through local affiliate operators using YAZ’s centralized reservation, dispatch and trip-management process (the YAZ Trip Management Standard), which applies to every YAZ reservation. Comparable vehicle classes are coordinated according to local market availability, and makes, models, seating configurations and amenities may vary by location. One Nashville dispatch contact holds across every market.
How do I book ground transportation in another country?
Book international service the same way you book domestic — through our online portal, by phone, or on WhatsApp. Provide your destination city, pickup and drop-off details, and flight information, and our dispatch team coordinates the rest with our local partner.
Do you serve international airports with meet & greet?
Yes. Meet & greet service is available at every international airport we serve, including Heathrow (LHR), Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Fiumicino (FCO), Zurich (ZRH), Dubai (DXB), Hamad (DOH), Narita (NRT), and Changi (SIN), among others.
